- Regular customers and new customers who are interesting in finding out more information on This fashion such as outlet lcoation or hotline numbers.

- Good navigation
- Clarity

- What are the bad attributes of the site?
- Basically i find that it is unprofessional for the fact that This fashon is a reknown chain store that is found throughout Singapore. It does not meet the market standards for a website and is unappealing and unimpressive towards returning customers and new ones. The information is listed on the site but the way the page elements are placed makes it difficult to extract information that maybe crucial to the customers.
- On the front page, it states “have you redeemed your BONUS POINTS?” but it doesnt not provide us information about these “Bonus points” nor navigate us to any page that may provide them.
- On some sub-pages such as “This Card” and “Gift voucher”, there is no navigation for “Contact” us which is pretty irregular and might be misleading to users who are unfamiliar with using the internet.
- Some of the pages have their sub headings in a light gray font which is difficult to read abd maybe illegible for older users due to the yellow background.
- Language used has multiple errors which may bring a negative image to the store.
- The site is too wordy, customers may not enjoy reading large paragraphs of texts just to find the information they are looking for. They do have graphics but minimal.
